I want to make a very important point about our practice. We can fear, dislike, avoid, suffer countless insults – none of these things matter. We only need to see our mind, understand when it gets confused or frightened. Don’t judge these things. See them for what they are and use them to help you see what still needs to be learned, digested, integrated, into your life.
We need to unconditionally try, throughout the ages.
