Human beings are selfish. We start practicing centered on ‘I’ and ‘I want’ but as we continue to practice, the ‘I’ slowly drops away. The moment we chant, breathe, or walk 100%, we return to the ‘Don’t-Know Mind’ and become a ‘Moment Buddha’. As these moments grow longer, we can clearly see the correct situation and correct relationship, enabling us to function correctly —eating when we are hungry, and giving food when others are hungry. This is great love and great compassion.
